Within 3 days of customer receiving item. You can only exchange item for the same item and or equal or less of value. You can exchange item for a different size only if we have in stock. We will not exchange any item that has been worn, washed, damaged, unwashed, and worn with tags attached. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and or original packaging. Item must be in the same condition you received it. Damaged returns will not be exchanged or accepted. Please be advised shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please see instructions below for return to receive an item equal or less of value or store credit.
Step 1 - To return or exchange, submit your request to luxsdrewaisted.com with your order number within 3 days of delivery date.
Step 2 - Once request is accepted and approved, return order, and provide tracking number to luxsdrewaisted.com. Return shipping postage, drop off is the sole responsibility of the customer within 3 days of store's acceptance. A store credit will be given in the form of a digital gift card. if you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return.
